13 CARDS RUMMY
Game Goal
Rummy is played by 2 decks of cards (minus 2 printed joker) 2-6 players, 13 cards for each player. The object is to arrange the cards correctly together in a sequence or set as below shows:
how to play
1. Choose Dealer : Each player draws a card from the shuffled deck. The player with the smallest card points will be the dealer, and the rest of the players take their seats from the dealer's right hand side from big to small according to the points of the cards.
2. Pick Joker : The system randomly draws a card from the shuffled deck of cards to be the wild leprosy in this game. Both wild leprosy and printed leprosy can replace any card (if the leprosy drawn in this round is a printed leprosy, then A is wild Leprosy).
3. Dealing : The player on the right hand side of the dealer is the first to deal the cards, and the cards are dealt sequentially along the right hand direction. Each player can get 13 cards.
4. Drawing & Playing : The player on the right of the dealer first draws and plays cards from the Open Deck or Close Deck pile, and then draws and plays cards in turn along the direction of the player's right hand
5. Discard : You can leave the rummy table at the beginning of the game or in the middle of the game, this decision can avoid a large penalty.
First-Drop: Discard before the first draw of the game - 20 points
Middle-Drop:Discard in the middle of the game - 40 points
6. Declear : When the 13 cards in the player's hand form a straight or a deck, the player can select the card to be played for announcement.
7. Settlement : How to calculate the loss and winning
Lost Amount : Table point value * Final score
( for example, when the player is playing on table point value of 10, when the announcement is made, there are 20 points left in the hand, then lost amount = 10*20 )
Winning Amount : The Total lost amount of other players in this game-Processing Fee

13 Cards Rummy Variants
1.Points Rummy: The goal of each game is to form a valid set of 13 cards in your hand and declare a final victory each round. In Cash Points Rummy, each point has a corresponding monetary value at the beginning of the game. The winner can take all the money lost by his opponent.
2.Pool Rummy: Divided into 101 pool rummy and 201 pool rummy, this game is played by 2 to 6 players together. Players play multiple games, and the first player to reach 101 or 201 points in the sum of the lost points in each game is out, and the remaining one finally wins.
3.Deals Rummy: It is composed of 2, 3, 4 or 6 rounds of cards. The player who has the most points at the end of the final deal is the winner, even if you lose the game in the first round, you still have chance to win it back after.
Tips
1.Arrange the cards in your hand.
2.Create the pure sequence first.
3.Try to discard the high-value cards (Ace, K, Q, J 10) unless you are sure you can meld them.
4.Observe the other players especially when they pick up from the discard pile. For example, a player has picked up a 7 and an 8. Most likely they are making a run of 78 9 . In that case, discarding your 9 will help your opponent to win the game.
