Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure all chips are delivered promptly. Once chips are credited to your account, cancellations are not available. If your chips are not received, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will ensure they are granted immediately. Should we be unable to fulfill your request, you may cancel your payment through customer support, and a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Policy

Our policy does not offer refunds once chips have been credited to your account. If you do not receive your chips, contact customer support, and we will address the issue promptly. Should we be unable to grant the chips, a refund will be issued within 7 working days. Please note, if a refund is processed despite chips being granted, your account will be frozen pending the settlement of all outstanding balances.
